Charice on David Foster and Friends

So Cheryl came back from Vegas and brought me a little gift from a very special person. The little person with a big voice a title that used to belong to Christina Aguilera but now belongs to Charice. The soon to be a "song bird of asia". Move over Regine Velasquez cause here comes Charice.

It seems like yesterday when Cheryl first showed me her video on youtube singing a Whitney Houston song. Eversince I hear about her everyday everytime I talk to Cheryl. She speaks of her like they just saw each other few hours ago which she did on webcam. They actually chat and talk and text and email and you name it....It seems a little unreal but it is.

Charice was part of the David Foster show in Vegas. Foster played the piano while Charice sang one of the most popular song from the movie "Dream Girls" called "And I'm Telling" by Jennifer Hudson. She did it so well that later on Foster played a medley songs from Whitney Houston. Michael Buble, Josh Groban, Brian McKnight, Andrea Bocelli, Babyface, Kenny G, and Peter Cetera was one of the many celebrities who performed at the Tribute to David Foster. It's a great honour that Charice became one of the performer to this big event.

Later on after the show, Cheryl and Charice got to hang out together, went shopping and dinner.

Cheryl brought me back a little gift from Charice. A little note for me which I requested from Cheryl so I can really believe that she was there. So she did.

Thanks Charice for the letter and wishes. I definitely hope to meet you one day, maybe in Europe when you go to your European tour. Whatever you'll become, don't ever forget where you came from and always carry your morals and beliefs. Try not to be like the rest of the celebrities who turned their back just because they made it big.
