Today is my first day at my new store at work. My real store. I am now fully trained in German way, I think. So now I'm gonna go and be the boss at the other store. I'm so scared. I've been speaking shitty Deutsch and now I must really speak it. OMG!!!! I have been practising and I think it's getting better. People at my old work have been really supportive and great. I made their job so much more fun. LOL. So in the next two weeks, I am fucking closing every fucking day. SHIT! They just wait til I memorized everything hmmm. At the same time, it's been raining here. I think I brought the rainy weather from Vancouver except the rain is warm. Still, it ruins everything when you wanna go out. Thank gah, I only live a minute away from everything.
So lately, I really feel that I'm starting to settle in Frankfurt. It's starting to feel like I live here and it is my home. I know my way around without thinking about it. I now have my favorite ice cream shop and favorite clothing stores. One of the a must. I'm still looking for Olay products but it's nowhere. It's Europe and no Olay? BS....such BS! Now I have to test a different brand on my skin to see if I like it.
Also, I am now getting used to the river. Even though it smells like fart sometimes, it helps me relax and destress myself when I wanna be alone. It's summer here and I haven't seen anyone in their bathing suit while tanning. So sad. Apparently, Germans are not like that, I almost puked. I thought they get naked everywhere. They do wear speedo hahahaha.
At the same time, I'm also starting to have friends. My cell phone is ringing once again. Not as much as I want it to be but it's making some noise. Good enough for now. I'm also hanging out with people at work so they are becoming my friends now too. I met a really nice lesbian. She's soo cool and really protective of me. Loves her! Her sister is also a friend of mine. I met some nice people in the club. That's great too. My network is growing in Frankfurt already........oh yay!
Let's not forget home. Everything is great at home as well. We are getting along and it's been good. We understand each other better and now we have a better support for each other. We have plans and things are slowly moving into its place.
